PPM are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for the Best Community Involvement award at the prestigious in-Cumbria Business Awards to be held at the amazing Halston Aparthotel in Carlisle, on the 24th November.

The awards celebrate the achievements of Cumbrian businesses and business people, they offer the chance to recognise and reward the great work across the spectrum of commerce and industry in Cumbria. The award categories range from Community Involvement to Best Professional Services and Flying the Flag for Cumbria.
The judges have picked finalists from hundreds of fantastic entries and will identify 12 winners following the judging process which is currently taking place. The winners will be revealed at the awards evening in November which will be hosted by Cally Beaton, stand-up comedian and writer. United Utilities has been announced as headline sponsor for the event.
Managing Director Gordon McGregor said: “We are over the moon and extremely proud to be a Finalist for the Best Community Involvement award. We really do take great pride and satisfaction in giving back to the communities that we work in and it is something we do because we genuinely want to, not because we feel obliged. We have an incredible team with a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience that we utilise to help with various community projects and local initiatives, it’s not just about giving money”
Congratulations to our fellow finalists for this award, Page Break Bassenthwaite Lake Station and Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. Best of luck to all of the other finalists.
