Giving Back to Local Communities (Social Value)

We give back to local people in our communities. We offer apprenticeships, work experience and training. We support community refurbishments, local charities and estate clean-ups. We offer 4 free hours of handyman support to elderly and vulnerable customers and all staff volunteer a minimum of a day a year to community projects.

Right First Time and Post Inspections

Throughout our works we pro-actively prevent problems in the first place. We apply ‘Right First Time’ principles, completing works correctly on our first visit. A post-inspection is carried out via a handheld PDA on every job, so all corrective action is undertaken immediately.
